• 1. According to the requirements of clients, the molds can be cast with all-metal (all-copper or all-aluminum alloy) or partial resin.
  2. The pulp suction mold (the lower mold) is an assembled structure. It is very convenient to maintain it (to replace the wire mesh).
  3. Single-piece transfer mold (the upper mold) is machined with the numeric control technology, which is not only pleasing to the eye, but also convenient to use it.
  4. Special tool for replacement of wire mesh is provided together with the molds to facilitate replacing the wire mesh (quick-wear part) for the lower mold.
  5. Before the molds are delivering to clients, they will be test repeatedly on our equipment of our company until the ideal conditions are realized. Therefore, the clients shall have no worries behind.
