Autoclave

*What is class B & class N autoclave? 
The class B autoclave has vacuum cycle.It is the highest class autoclave,which is conforming to the most 

stringent demands and therefore can be unrestrictedly used for the sterilization of all possible loads for all 

kinds of sterilization packaging (solid ,hollow road type A and hollow road instruments with wrapped and 

unwrapped). A "class B" autoclave must in any case pass a Helix test as per EN 13060 by test body per EN 

867-5:2001. According to expert opinion, that can only be achieved with a fractionated pre-vacuum procedure. Post vacuum drying provides complete drying of porous loads and hollow instruments at 

the end of thesterilization process. The class N autoclave do not have vacuum cycle. If you only sterilize 

unwrapped non hollow instruments, you only need an autoclave capable of running class N cycles.

*What is the standard of EN 13060? 
This European Standard specifies the performance requirements and test methods for small steam sterilizers 

and sterilization cycles which are used for medical purposes or for materials that are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids. This European Standard applies to automatically controlled small steam sterilizers 

that generate steam using electrical heaters or use steam that is generated by a system external to the 

sterilizer. 

*Model number 
The first letter of the model number means class N type or class B type autoclave. The Arabic numerals in the model number means the capacity of the autoclave. The last letter of the model number means the which 

series of our autoclave.

Safety

Door Locking 
1 .Control lock-out switch prevents starting a cycle if door is not locked properly. 
2.Door protection device prevents door from opening at high pressure and high temperature 
3.Double locking device prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized. (optional) 
4.1ndependent temperature and pressure monitoring and protection. 
5. Electricity-leaking protector will cut the power automatic if somewhere has short circuit. 
6.Fail alarm indicates cycle failure and error code, door alarm indicates the door unlocked, water level alarm 

indicates the max or min water level in the water tank.

Documentation

1 .Printer: an external printer is optional for all "icanclave" autoclaves.

2.USB port: it is used for connecting a USB stick, all sterilization data are automatically written
