 1.Production Introduction:

The equipment is composed of emulsifying boiler, emulsifying and blending system, double cylinder lifting system, vacuum system, oil-water phase vessel and circuit control system etc.

2. Characteristics:

The equipment is provided with coaxial triple emulsifying blender and double cylinder lifting cover.The homogenization adopts high-shear eddy current emulsifier.The frequency conv-ersion speed control is 0~60rpm.It is equipped with vacuum material sucking and vacuum bubble removing, especially for the powder materials, the vacuum material sucking can effectively avoid dust and pollution. The whole process is carried out under vacuum condition, which can effectively remove the bubbles produced in the materials after high speed blending and heating, so as to meet the requirements of being sanitary and aseptic. 

For prepared materials, the equipment can directly supply the materials to the packing machine vessel for the operation of the next procedure. The system is provided with CIP cleaning ball.In the vessel,the parts contac-ting the materials are made of SUSL316L stainless steel material.The surface is carried out mirror polishing 300EMSH treatment, which meets the sanitary standards and completely conforms to GMP manufacturing requirements.It is currently the ideal produc-tion equipment of cream and ointment products.
