A .Features:

1.       It can count accurately and fill round tablets, pills, capsules, transparent soft gelatin capsules, irregular pills into container

2.       High speed. One of them has 16 channels which can count 20~60 bottles per min, for the one which has 32 channels that can reach 60-120 bottles per min.

3.       The machine would auto-alarm workers when the bottles supplying is not enough or the bottles blocked. The machine would pause there. When the problems are solved, the machine can return back to normal. It doesn’t need certain people to monitor it.

4.       3-stages dust collection design, the dust is removed when granules dropping, which avoid dust contamination.

5.       Key pneumatic parts, especially integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for shutting door, are from Japan CKD. Ensures filling accuracy.

6.       Use IR (infrared ray) dynamic scan technology, counting accuracy with alarm function when problems occur.

7.       You can set the quantity of the drugs (15~9999) through the touch screen. Monitor the dropping status on each channel.
