MODEL QS-350 Airflow Crusher, machine for crushing in hot selling by China supplier
1. Application:
This machine is applied for superfine crushing of fragile material in such trades as pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, mineral, building material, pesticide, paint, pigment, dyestuff and metallurgy etc.
2. Working principle:
This machine is of horizontal disc type airflow crusher, and the whole crushing process is comprised of air compressor, air storage tank, air freezer and drier, model Q350 airflow crusher, cyclone catcher and dust collector etc.
Material is ejected into the crushing chamber by means of high speed ejection flow formed by high pressure air through charging ejector, and the crushing nozzle outside ejects high speed air flow into the crushing chamber at a certain direction making the material severely collided and fractionated there between and thus crushed.
