2. Summary:
Model-CWF Ultrafine Powder Pulverizeer Serial are the new products that has introduced, degested and assimilated the latest technology and design of it kind of machines in the world. It is characterized by the following:
1.The production process is carried out continuously in a sealing system, without any contamination from dust.
2.In the pulverizer (i.e. The major unit) circulating-water cooling is adopted, causing low temperature in the grinding chamber.
3.A waveform abrasive wheel is used for pulverization.
4. Pneumatic concentration is adopted for powder grain sizing, without screen and mesh. And the grain size of powder may be adjusted ad the operator pleases.
5.With a wide range of application,this machine is suitable for Chinese medicine industry, and food, chemical and mining industries as well. The materials to be processed include Chinese medicine, dyes, feed and cerels. For instane, they are calcium carbonate, coconut shell, cassava, ginger, chili, mixed curry powder, rice, maize, seaweed, activated carbon, sands, and so on.
