I. Application:

CS-1 capsule sorter is used to sort filled capsules. The filled capsules are fed onto the two-layer hole plates by vibration feeding. When the filled capsules move forward on the hole plates, single cap body or too short capsules will be removed. After that the filled capsules pass sorting plate where the defective filled capsules like telescoped ones will be removed.
