JY-150 Tablet and Capsule Inspecting Machine, Drug Inspection Machine
1. The rotation speed and inspection speed of capsules or tablets can be infinitely variable so that there is no inspection dead angle or blind sector.
2. Inspection rollers are made from FDA accepted transparent high density polymers. Lights installed underneath the roller conveyor belt make it more suitable to inspect transparent and translucent hard and soft capsules.
3. Defective capsules and tablets can be rejected by the operator with a portable vacuum suction nozzle, thus the probability of operator’s direct contact with capsules or tablets is greatly reduced, which is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
4. Pedal switch can stop the conveyor belt at any time. When the pedal switch is pressed, the conveyor belt will stop but the capsules or tablets on the rollers keep rotating at a separately adjustable speed.
5. Light source installed above and below the conveyor belt in inspection stage is non-flashing, eye-shield lamp which can reduce visual fatigue effectively.
6. Machine parts direct contact with capsules or tablets such as hopper, feeding plate, rollers and discharge chute can be dismantled quickly without any tools. These parts are easy to clean and therefore cross contamination is avoided.
7. Venturi jet vacuum system is applied in the machine without the need of external noisy vacuum cleaner.
8. The machine is ergonomically designed to reduce the operator’s fatigue.
