DFD-1500II Automatic Checkweigher/check weigher for fish,snack food ,bags,cans,box,bottle
I. Introduction:
DFD-1500II automatic checkweigher is one kind of high-precision dynamic weight checker. It is mainly used for testing packed product in the automatic packing line. The eligible products are passed through original conveyor belt and ineligible products are eliminated when they are weighed on the checkweigher. The users only need to set upper and lower limit, and then the checkweigher will finish automatic weighing. The main characteristics of the machine are used widely, easy installation and adjustment, high precision and speed, adjustable parameters, storable operation parameters of many kinds of products. The checkweigher can match with many different kinds of packing lines, and can ensure producing procedure meets GMP, FDA, IFS, HACCP standards. The checkweigher is also a necessary tool for manufacturer to speed up products’ quality and to prevent product complaint.
