PJZ Series Special Circulation rotary Drum for Tablets and Capsules
I. Itroduction:
PJZ series special circulation drum for tablets and capsules, developed and manufactured by our company, is severs for enclosed technological processed in pharmaceutical enterprises. It complies with “GMP” norms of the pharmaceutical industry. Medicines are stored in a sealed and safe way and will not become damp. It is easy to use and has good appearance.
II. Features:
1.The whole drum is made of 304stainless steel. The bending has arc-like transition and no dead angle is left. The internal wall of the drum body is polished with a surface roughness of Ra0.2um. The bottom is equipped with a soft value with a protection devices, which can be operated easily and will not damage the tablets or capsules.
2.The upper cover has a strap and silicon rubber “O” type seal ring. The bottom of the butterfly value has a silicon rubber seal ring. The tightness of the drum bottom is strengthened to ensure that the stored material will not become damp.
3.It has a special trolley using polyurethane coaster wheels manufactured in Hong Kong, which carry the load steadily, are easily moveable, and do not damage the floor in the clean areas.
