YSZ Series Hydraulic construction hoist lifting machine price
I. Itroduction:
YSZ series hydraulic hoist and particle machine can turn the materials in the boiling particle machine and material trolley directly into needed particles for entry into general mixing drum. It has the outstanding characteristics of low noise, easy washing and easy granularity control, it also connects the three pharmaceutical processes closely: boiling forming particles, particle alignment and general mixing, thus optimizing technological process, effectively preventing flying dust and cross contamination, reducing labor intensity, and raising working efficiency. It is an ideal machine for pharmaceutical plants to realize enclosed production.
II. Features:
1.This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. All the parts in contact with the materials art polished, with a surface roughness of Rao 2. The filling arm groove, treated for curtain type separation, has a fine appearance.
2.This machine adopts a combination of electrical and hydraulic control, and ensures a steady and reliable performance. Equipped with a rocker operating system, it is easily and flexibly operated. It can be looked automatic all at any height so as to meet different requirements in the production.
3.This machine has an oil reservoir using imported sealings so that clean areas are not polluted due to hydraulic leakage.
4.The hydraulic loop of the machine has an automatic pressure hold function, so that even in case of power breakdown, the lifting arm can still stay at its original position.
5.In case of pressure drop due to hydraulic leakage with this machine, there will an automatic alarm. The machine will automatically start pressure increase and maintain the position of the lifting arm without damaging other equipment, thus ensuring safety in production.
6.The conical cover of the machine is ready-made to suit the need for the material trolley of the boiling particle machine and is equipped with a sealing device so that there is no dust flying during tumbling of the material drum. Special outlet butterfly valves, which have no dead angle and are easily detachable and washable, make it easy for the materials to be discharged.
7.The main shaft of the particle alignment knife is speed regulated through frequency variation, and the clearance between the knife and the screen net is adjustable to meet the requirements of different products.
8.The particle machine is installed on the column of the hoist to integrate the hoist and the particle machine, enable easy operation and save space.
