1.Application:
Ampoule Injection Liquid Foreign Matter Automatic Checking Machine is a fully automatic foreign matter checking device to check the quality of small amount ampoule preparation product in pharmaceutical industry. It can check glass scrap, insoluble micro grain, hair, fiber and other visible foreign matters, and can check the breakage of the bottle itself and the sealing quality of the bottle opening as well, and can automatically pick out the unqualified product.
Comparing with the manual checking ,the automatic lighting checking greatly raises the checking speed and quality, it avoids the unstable of manual checking, and checks 100% of the products, The checking method has the same level of the discrimination standard to thoroughly prevent the unqualified products from entering the market.
