QCK(AQLC) Series Ampoule automatic Ultrasonic Washing Machine
1.Application:
QCK(AQLC) series ultrasonic washing machine is specially designed for all kinds of ampoule bottle, vial and oral liquid bottle automatic cleaning. It adopts vertical rotary design and manipulator to clamp and turn over the bottle. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning and water-alternating-gas ejection flushing can meet the requirement of cleaning the bottle one by one.
2. Features:
This machine is vertical drum structure. It adopts manipulator clamping and turning over.And needle works in the way of reciprocating tracking. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning and water-alternating-gas ejection flushing can meet the requirement of cleaning the bottle one by one.
This machine is not only has the common advantage at home and abroad, but also has new breakthrough on improving capacity, mechanical properties, and humanized function.
(1)It reduces the height of the mesh belt.
(2)It uses one-piece PC sheet cover with mechanical automatic lifting instead of manual handling on turntable plexiglass cover.
(3)Needle adopts positioning flushing for dynamic cleaning to cleaning the dead corner.
(4)The station driving instead of the traditional cam mechanism.
(5)Restriction orifice design can be consistent with the flushing pressure.
(6)It meet the new GMP requirements of real-time monitoring of the water vapor pressure, bottle washing temperature and ultrasonic frequency.
