I. Introduction:
Series DNJ Multi-function Alcohol Recovery and Concentrated Machine (The best External Cycling Concentrated Machine).
This equipment mainly applies to concentrate the alcohol-extracted liquid and recover alcohol, and perform concentrating of alcohol sediment I and recovering of alcohol synchronously. It is also used to concentrate the extracted liquid.
Adopt a strong-flow technology of external heating temperature difference cycling, whose cycling speed is high, and evaporating speed is fast, shortening the heating time for materials.
Adopt vacuum decompressing, which can make the materials evaporate fast under low temperature, its concentrating ratio can reach 1:1.4.
Adopt enlarging condensation and cooling area, which can make alcohol recovering rate reach over 95% under the vacuum state and alcohols loss probability is lower than 5%
