ZW-80B and ZW-20B Type Standing-style Automatic Herbal Pill Press Machine
Application
ZW-20B type standing-style auto-making the traditional Chinese medicine pill machine,is the main producing pill equipment not only in domestic or but abroad at present (referring to the traditional Chinese medicine small pill specially), it can produce honey pillwater pill water-honey pill concintration pill paste pill etc. These serial products are served to big middle small scale pharmaceutical factory and agent department of Chinese medicine hospital.
Working principle
Drug material mixed equally is thrown into wimble-model material drainage; the machine will thrust out many identical diameter drug sticks by squeezing of the helix of propelle. Under the control of self-control lidler pulley, the drug sticks enter into making pill knife in-phase, big and small equal pills will be twisted continuously.

2,circular of the shape of pill,equal dimension size, making shape one time, without screening.
