1.Application:
Tumble Dryer can be used for shape forming and final drying of softgel capsules. The tumbler quantity can be choose as the production requirement. Each tumbler can rotate in both directors. The tumbler can be controlled automatic by PLC system with encapsulation machine when connected to the master station during forming process, or controlled by manually during pre-drying process. Water content in the gelatin film can be reduced from 45% to 35% during the forming process; and it can be decreased to around 25% in the pre-drying process.
