1 What's your payment term?
Generally,we accept TT or L/C at sight
2 How long you need to calculate the price?
1.For simple parts,price will be sent to you within 12 hours when all info confirmed.If we could chat online and detailed info are confirmed quickly,price could be ready at once.
2.For complex parts,it will take about 2~3 days!
3 What's your MOQ?
In fact,considering various level of clients,we could accept little test order quantity firstly.Once our products approved,you may increase your quantity gradually which could keep your cash flow and reduce the risk.
4 What format of drawings you could need
We could accept 2d drawing (Pdf,Dwg) and 3d drawing(Igs.Iges,Stp) for analysing.
5.Can you provide us samples?
Normally,we could provide samples,but mould cost and sample fee should be at your expense.
