• Work Principle:

  This machine breaks the rubber material by the relative movement of the movable blades on the main shaft and fixed blades in the main body. The heat generated in cutting, friction and press during operation reduces the moisture content and white spot in the rubber material, and increase its consistency.

• Function:

  This machine is used  for mixing different rubber with other  material, such as chemicals, especially useful for the new standard compound plastic laminating adhesive production.

• This machine is made as a helix shape of blade in the master, work continous not like the traditional close mixing mill which need to stop the machine and take the rubber material. Our machine is complete automatic and continous, no stop at all, high productivity and save electricity engery.
