Main function
JCB4 portable methane testing alarming apparatus, is a kind of using single chip microcomputer intelligent instrument. In full accordance with the AQ6207-2007 "portable carrier catalytic methane detection alarming device" design and production. Mainly used in portable monitoring various mine methane gas concentration in the workplace.
The main technical indicators
Alarming device with natural diffusion sampling method.
Alarming device using three digital tube, at volume concentration said measured value, the resolution not less than 0.01% CH4 and digital tube display value point representation of positive and negative.
Alarming device display without artificial adjustment microcontroller, can show the 0.1% CH4 the methane concentrations.
Alarming device with sound and light alarm function and alarm point, battery voltage self-check function.
Power supply and charging
Alarming device battery using no "memory effect" of the nimh batteries.
Alarming device has the power supply voltage display, under voltage hint, under voltage automatic shutdown function.
Measuring range: 0.00 ~ 4.00% CH4
The basic error:
0.00 ~ 1.00% CH4 plus or minus 0.10% CH4
1.00 ~ 3.00% CH4 true value of plus or minus 10%
3.00 ~ 4.00% CH4 plus or minus 0.30% CH4
Alarming device battery normal charge, the working time not less than 12 h.
Response time (T90) alarming device response time is not more than 20 s.
Alarm function
Alarming device can be in 0.50% CH4 ~ 2.50% CH4 range set any emergency alarm, alarm display value and value of the error is no more than plus or minus 0.05% CH4.
Alarming device sound level strength in the distance the 1 m distance not less than 75 db (A); Light signal in the dark visibility not less than 20 m.
