Balanced Weave Conveyor Belt/Balanced Belt/Wire Mesh Belt
Balanced Weave Conveyor Belt also called balanced belt, it consists of a series of alternating single left-hand and right-hand spirals joined together by a cross-rod connector. With its virtually unlimited choice of mesh selection, it has many advantageous characteristics that make it the most preferred construction for almost any application. It offers a high tensile strength, excellent tracking and maximum flexibility that allows for true belt travel. It is adaptable with several different edge treatments and special attachments.
Applications of Balanced Belt
It is mostly used in food processes such as annealing glass, heat treating and drying. It is also used in baking bands. It is used in medium load applications ranging 40 - 1500 degree F. It is too much economical for medium temperature and load conditions.
