1. Does it will produce smoke during the production?
The working principle of screw press ZB biomass waste briquette machine is to press the biomass material and heat the surface to form,so there will be small smoking with vapour if you adjust the heat coil to high temperature to carbonize the surface of final product.Usually the smoke is small,if you need,an install a equipment to let the smoke into the water and absorb the smoke.
2. What is the fineness of the sawdust i can use to make charcoal?
Generally, below 5mm is ok. but such as wood shaving, rice husk. 8mm is also no problem
3. Can I build the carbonization kiln to carbonize by ourselves?
Yes, you can. Our engineer will provide the drawing for you free of charge.
4.Is it easy to operate?
