coal ball press machine is a featured production of our factory, it is used to make pellet from dust or granule, such as carbon black, coal dust,iron powder. After the pressing of our machine, powder and granule are formed into various shapes of balls. |
| working principle |
(1) Through reducer transmitting the powder material to two rollers, and making them rotated in opposite directions. (2) The powder materials naturally enter into the roller molds. (3) When the materials rotating to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure reached a peak. (4) Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished briquettes. |
Demand of coal ball press machine
(1) Inlet raw material need less than 3mm, as all know, the smaller the material, the better the briquettes.
(2) The material can't be mixed with metal material, or the mold is easily damaged.
(3) The raw material moisture need be controlled between 12%-15%.
(4) A certain proportation of liquid binder and charcoal powder.
Our feature
(1) According to its pressure, our machine can be divided into mechanical type and hydraulic type.
Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some not shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilier, salt, iron powder, aluminite powder,etc, can press good shape, also the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.
Mechanical type can press ordinary materials, such as charcoal powder, coal powder, carbon black powder, etc.
(2) According to its capacity, machine roller size,its machine can be divided into290,360,450,550,650,750,850,1000,etc.
Take 290 for example, the roller diameter is 290mm, finished charcoal briquette size is 20-60mm.
(3) Customized mold: the mold is made of 65Mn steel material, very durable. Also the shape and size can be customized according to customers special requirements, oval shape, pillow shape, egg shape, ball shape, bread shape, strip shape, heart shape, etc.

1.What's the best raw material moisture for briquette machine?
Answer:10%-12%. If material moisture is larger, we had better dry it firstly.
2.What's the max. feeding size for briquette machine?
Answer:3mm.If larger, we will need crusher.
3.What's the brquette size can be made by your briquette machine?
Answer:Normally the briquette diameter is between 30-60mm.We also can custom made the briquette size according the customer's requirement.
4.Will this machine requires binder for making briquettes?
Answer:Yes, in order to make sure the briquette strength, we will need binder.
5.Will we need water?
Answer:It depends on the raw material moisture.
