Dry rubber hammer mill machine Work Principle:
It is one of the main machines in the process of standard rubber. It is specially designed for removing impurity and shredding rubber sheet. with enlarging the surface-area of the rubber material by the hammer mill machine, it is easier to remove the moisture in hot wind drying system.

Function:
Dry rubber hammer mill machine consists of rotor, feeding roller, rack, discharge screen and power system. By the driving of the main motor through the belts, the hammers whirl at a high speed, hammering and cutting the rubber sheet which is sent in between the hammers and feeding rollers. The rubber sheet turns into rubber granule and falls through a screen from the bottom of the machine. -
