1. Brief introduction:
This coal rod extrusion machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder,
coal powder materials and other materials (chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore,
copper or other matallurgical materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal,
plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without hole in the middle.
2. The Parameters:
1. We have 140, 180 and 360 model of this coal rod extrusion machine.
2. Our new type Model 360 coal rod extrusion machine has three electric motors and two or four discharging heads
which can strengthly producing the briquettes with high density.
3. The new type machine also can make different shapes of hollow or solid briquettes. And its output capacity is twice than the old ones.

3.The productions of the machine show:
a. The requirements of feeding materials:
1. The inlet particle size of materials must be less than 3mm.
2. We have to add suitable binder for some kind of materials for shaping easily.
3. The moisture of materials must be moderate, and the water content usually is 12%-15%
b. The final briquettes of coal rod extrusion machine:
1. The outlet shapes can be round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.
2. With our special binder, the outlet briquettes are of high density, esay shaping, smokeless, easy fire, long burning, etc.
3. Smooth surface and convenient to store and transport.
4. The final briquettes usually used for BBQ, burning for stove, cooking, etc.
