1. Introduction of briquette extruder machine :
It is an evergy-saving and environmental-friendly equipment, used to make coal/charcoal sticks from raw materials like coal dust, coal mud, coal ash, coking coal, charcoal powder, coal and charcoal wastes. This machine can also be used to process agricultural wastes like wood, branches, rice husks, peanut shells and others (please note: if you use these materials should be carbonized into charcoal powder firstly). The final products are shaped by screw press, and the final shapes can be round, hexagonal, quincunx, hollow and other kinds,the diameter is 20-50mm,it can meet your different needs!
This machine has single discharge port, but in single port, it can has one hole, two holes, or three holes, please check machine working pictures.
360 type: Our factory new desigh 360 model charcoal briquette extruder machine. It is have two heads,means discharge mouthes.and three direction pressure.These advertage will make higher density,better apperence ,two times production capacity charcoal briquette.

2.Raw materials scope of briquette extruder machine .
Gernerally, there are two kinds of materials: raw coal/charcoal powder, and carbonized agriculture wastes like wood, branch, rice husks, peanut shells, bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, coconut shells, etc. Please note: material size should be less than 3mm, and the moisture content should be around 30%-40%. In order to get high density final products, you can use some binder during the production.

5.Automatic production line of briquette extruder machine :
a.Binder mixer: It is using for dissolving and thicking binder.
b.Crusher and mixer: It is a machine with the function of crushing and mixing together, crushing the raw material below 5mm, and mixing them uniformly. The moisture need controlled between 25%-30%.
c.Coal briquette machine: It presses coal powder, charcoal powder, or other powders into different shapes and size.
d.Dryer. We have vertical dryer, box dryer and mesh belt dryer. I will suggest suitable dryer according to your raw machine, shape and size.
