Introduction of peanut skin peeler machine
This machine is ideal equipment for peeling peanuts, being made of stainless steel. This machine is special peeling machine for Milk-white peanut,it has characteristics of compact structure and stable running, it can be used in groups.The material is automatically fed into peeling room formed by two teams of abrasion roll from feeding dipper so that remove of the peanut coat, it is mainly used in peeling coat before producing milk-white ground nut,peanut butter and peanut milk.
Features of peanut skin peeler machine
1.The peanut skin removing machine is used to deep processing peanut,bean,soybean,almond and other food.
2.The peanut skin removing machine has high efficiency,the peeling rate can reach above 98% without damage and broken.
3.The red coat can be separated from the peanut automatically with low noise and damage.It is easy to operate and widely used.We have other peanut processing machine to meet customer's request.
4.There are three type of machines that suit to dry and wet peanut to get half peanut and suit to dry peanut to get whole peanut.
Manual operation of peanut skin peeler machine
1.before running the machine,check the parts first,if have some noise solve it first.
2.check the electric parts first then running the fan machine first ,the last step is to running the main machine.
3.put the material into the feeding after drying,and close the outing door of the machine,watching from the window if the products is get the right quality so open the outting door .
4.the peanuts drying time ,water container will affected the peeling rate,the customer can according the peeling impact to decide the outing .
5.if the peeling is good so just put the outing door with below ,in order to get a big quantity in a short time.
6.the new machine roller is not intensive enough,after a time to use the peeling quality is much better .
7.when running the machine to check first such as the screw ,the belt ,the main machine,the fan machine,and clean the machine after use ,keep machinery clean.
