Hydraulic biomass wood brick machine
All of residues of wood, straw, paper, plastic material, cotton, EFB short fibers, coconut short fibers are briquetted.
The briquetting process is realized without addition of binders in the classic octagon shape or as round briquettes.
The pressing pliers - made of solid wear resisting material – is placed behind the pressing chamber. It serves for taking the extremely high pressing forces. Electronic installation elements support the function safety and optimize the briquette quality.
1) Raw material dimension for machines:
-- Wood sawdust: small than 10mm
-- Thin wood chips: about 20mm
2) Moisture content of raw material: 8~15% is the best
-- Lower than 8% is no problem because our brick machine has a wetting device;
-- Higher than 15% is not suitable for brick making. Drying process before wooden brick machine is necessary
