- Ring die mold, vertical structure, granulating chamber cooling.Material feed directly in pellet forming chamber.
- Double layers rind die mold, down & up dual-use, low cost, high efficiency and energy saving.
- Die static, two roller rotating, and material centrifugal, evenly around.
- Frequency adjusted feeding screw conveyor or belt conveyor,make sure the material can feed in time by adjust the speed of screw conveyor motor ,so make sure the high capacity.
- The main press components adopt high alloy wear resistant material, the service life of wearing parts is two times than similar products.
- Fully automatic lubrication pump,you just add enough high temperature oil,then it lubricate the two roller and main shaft automatically with timming time,make sure the sawdust pellet machine can work continuously more than 20hours.
- Accuracy gear reducer box drive ,reducer all sealed ,save power ,make sure the ring die wood pellet machine work more efficiency and stable.
