1.YDF multifunctional hammer mill is the most ideal grinding equipment for all kinds of animal feed materials ,
such as corn, weed, soybean, maize, grain cereal,also it can crush biomass materials such as wood chips,
shavings, stalk, straw e.c.t .also can crush fertilizer materials such as animal manure, plant waste e.c.t .now it is
mainly used in feed factory, cultivation factory, Chemical industry and so on.
2. YDF multifunctional hammer mill can install one rotor or two rotors, for large capacity,generally install two rotors,
whatever one rotor or two rotors, we will install two sieves at the both sides, where will outlet crushed powder
materials, also it has two inspection doors, very easy to insepct working process and repair. the bottom sieve has
large scope angle outlet area , making high efficiency working .
3. YDF multifunctional hammer mill bottom sieve is made according to raw materials humidity ,the key spare parts
hammers and screener are made by our CNC systems, through high technical heat treatment , standing out from
other suppliers is that we could ensure the parts high precision and high quality.
4. YDF multifunctional hammer mill works connect with air fan and cyclone,for fertilizer and animal feed materials,
crushed powder will outlet from crusher bottom., air fan and cyclone is used to clean dust. For biomass materials,
crusher powder will outlet from cyclone bottom.It will connect with dust filter , which is used to clean dust.

accurate dynamic balancing test, the hammers are arranged symmetrically.

3.The shell is welded by steel plate, the site in the crush room which connects to the materials all use the
