The wood pellet machine is widely used in making fuel materials for home use fireplace, power plant, wood processing plant and biomass fuels plant.
Special design, rational structure, low power consumption and high efficiency, sturdy and durable, it achieves combining the advantage of both flat die pellet machine and horizontal ring die pellet mill and becomes the real professional pellet machine,that is used for sawdust, wood shaving, bark,rice husk, stalks, rank grass, EFB, and other crops straw and wood waste.
Wood pellet machine grease is injected and filtrated automatically, which can ensure the long time working without stop. It also has dust and cooling system that can reduce the dust during it working and improve the working environment.

Advantages of YGKJ wood pellet machine >>

Application >>>
a. Wood log:First use wood chipper convert wood log to wood chips ,if wood chips moisture >20%,We should add a dryer to dry the wood chip until mositure <15% .
b. Wood chips: Wood chips with moisture >20%,We should add one dryer to dry wood chips until <15%. If Wood chips are dry ,moisture <15%,it can be crushed by hammer mill directly,then it comes out as sawdust ,sawdust can make pellet directly; of course , if you need high capacity production line and high moisture , maybe you need the two section of drying , first let the moisture less than 30% , then through grinding section , second drying section will make the moisture less than 15% .
c. Sawdust: Moisture >20%,need dry until mositure <15%,if sawdust size <5mm,then make pellet directly..
d. Rice husk :Without hammer mill, when moisture <15% can make pellet directly.
e. Straw:Further crushed
All of those material shall get size <8mm,moisture <15%,easy to make good pellet by wood pellet machine.
Main biomass pellet production line include : Wood log splitter , wood chipper , hammer mill , dryer , pellet machine , pellet cooler , pellet packaging machine . All the machines we will provide on base of your requirements and actural situation .

5. What is the voltage and hertz ? Do you have 3-phase ( Industrial electricity )?
Our machines need industrial electricity .
Different voltage and hertz need different motor , the price have some difference .
Such as 380v / 50hz / 3-phase or 240v/50hz/3-phase .

1.The material and its moisture content?
Wood sawdust, Pinus Sylvestris,albizzia,eucalyptus,corn straw,peanut shell,palm,rubber wood,rice husk,stalk and so on;
Before wood chips go into the hammer mill,moisture should be less than 30%,
before wood sawdust go into the pellet machines,moisture should between 12%-15%,
but it is not absolutely,customers should according to the material actual situation to confirm.
2.The capacity you want and how long time will the machine work every day?
We have the capacity from 150kg to 30t/hour.
We will according to the working time match related machines for you.
3.The working voltage and power in your local area?
Generally the price what we quote based on 380v,50hz,3phase.If your voltage different from us,please kindly tell me in advance,thanks
