The Requirement of Raw Material
Size:10mm below(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to
wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
Pellet production process:
Hammer mill crushing, rotary dryer drying, pellet mill pelletizing, cooler cooling, packing machine packing
Features of wood pellet mill machine

. Ring die( mould) , vertical structure, granulating chamber cooling.Material feed directly in pellet forming chamber.Die static, two rollers rotating, and material centrifugal with big torque force.
. Double layers ring die , down & up dual-use, low cost, high efficiency and energy saving.Wood pellet making machine main heart parts--die adopt high alloy wear resistant material, the service life of wearing parts is two times than similar products.
. Fully automatic lubrication pump,you just add enough high temperature oil,then it lubricate the bearing of two roller and main shaft automatically with timming time,make sure the sawdust pellet machine can work continuously more than 20hours.
. Frequency adjusted feeding screw conveyor or belt conveyor,make sure the material can feed in time by adjust the speed of screw conveyor motor ,so make sure the high capacity.
. Our wood pellet making machine with accuracy gear reducer drive ,make sure the ring die wood pellet machine work more efficiency and stable.
