>>. Working Principle of the Product
The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery,
once user connect it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into
the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.
If user want a big capacity and wish his plant be clear no powder flying around.
We recommend users to use positive and negative pressure type to deliver the material
into roller silo and then through the frequency feeder into pellet machine.
Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers.
The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die.
The pellet will be out directly.
What kind of Machines does the whole pellet line include?
1) Moisture content: if higher than 15%, by dryer or drying by the sun.
2) Length: if larger than 8mm, should use crusher.
3) Cooler: after pelletizing, if you want to pack the pellets immediately,
you should use cooler, otherwise put the pellets aside and cooling by nature.
4) Packing machine: after cooling, could be packed by manual or by packing machine.

(1) Wood chipper, if your raw material is wood.
Drum chipper is widely used in particle board plants, medium and high density fiberboard plant, stubble plants, biomass power plant, wood chips and other industrial and manufacturing plant manufacturer preparation in section before the device of choice. (Length of the finished wood chips is 10mm, and thickness of the finished wood chips is 1mm)
(2) Wood crushing Machine, if your raw material is wood chips.

Multifunctional hammer mill/wood chips mill is the most ideal grinding equipment for all kinds of wood chips,wood shavings,grass,straw,stalk, rice husk,palm fiber and so on.when crush plastic, PVC, rubber e.c.t ,it adpopts water cooling structure inside, avoiding the damage to spare parts due to long time working friction .except biomass , it also can crush animal feed materials such as soybean, maize, cereal and fertlizer materials from animal manure , chemical e.c.t which is mainly used in wood factory,feed factory, organic fertilizer factory, and so on.( The diameter of the finished powder is 2-3mm)
(3) Dryer, if your raw material's moisture content higher.
The material requested for the pellet mill is with moisture content of 14%-16%. If the material is wet, it must be dried and then used for next step. The rotary dryer is the best choice with high efficiency and low power consumption.

Adopting counter flow cooling theory, pellet can be cooled fully and equally.
Slide valve discharging is used to make the operation stable and the material discharging easy and smooth.
5). Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.

1. It is widely used for pellet of light substance, such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, pasture,chrysanthemum,
palm leaf and so on
2. The feeder’s especial structure makes materials conveyed evenly, it is specially designed for pellet of light substance with the density of 0.3-0.6g/ cm3
3. Feeder is connected with rotary suppose to make protection die and rollers easily.
4. It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production.
