Rotary Dryer Description:

etc. Which had contained much moisture materials. Rotary Drying production line is mainly made
up by rotary cylinder, induced air equipment, high speed scattered equipment, rising plate, self
cleaning device, gearing, transportation equipment, hot air equipment, reduction machine,supporting
device and sealing device etc. parts. Complete drying equipment has features of reasonable design,
well made, stable performance, advanced technology, high output, low energy consumption,small
floor area, higher mechanization degree.
Rotary Dryer Features:
1. Rotary dryer has advanced drying technology, adopt high temperature rapidly drying technology,
big heat transfer ratio, high thermal efficiency, strong dry intensity.
2. Highspeed mixing dry is combined with air flow dry, it can make viscous material thoroughly
scattered, greatly improving the contact area of material and thermal medium, be helpful for drying
process.
3. Rotary Dryer inside is adopted special scraper device, to avoid the phenomenon of sticking materials
on wall.
4. Wide application, simple operation, less maintenance, stable product quality.
5. The angle of rotating leaves can change, the spindle speed is adjustable.
6. Rotary Dryer upper body is equipped with wet materials back flow layer, the air flow dryer is equipped
with special mixer etc. characteristics.
Rotary Dryer Structure:
It is mainly made up by rotary drum crushing dryer, combustion furnace, feeding spiral, discharging
spiral, conveying pipe, dust collector, air seal machinery, induced air machine, control cabinet etc.
