Usage Of Rotary Dryer Machine:
rotary dryer machine is used for drying materials with a certain humidity or granularityin milling of food ,chemical ,ores, building materials, metallurgy and chemical industry. rotary dryer machine has a strong adaptability of materials and it can dry various materials. The operation is very simple and liable. Working Principle of Rotary Dryer Machine:
rotary dryer machine is consist of heating device,feeding device ,transport device,discharge device,dust extraction device and other connecting parts . For the installation process , the rotary dryer machine should slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the rotary dryer machine under gravity . Material to be dried enters the rotary dryer machine , and as the rotary dryer machine rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the rotary dryer machine . When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the rotary dryer machine , passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
