Wood charcoal machine
Wood charcoal machine is a process that biomass raw material is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. Working with the principle of high pressure and high temperature, no binder added to the raw material, so when burning there is no pollution to the environment.
The charcoal briquette machine has spare parts, such as propeller, heating rings, moulding tube, and wear-resistant cover etc.
• The propeller is the core equipment to make briquette;
• The heating rings controls the optimal temperature to make briquette;
• The moulding tube is to control the final product shape and diameters.

The motor transfers the power to the transmission through triangle belt, then the output shaft on the transmission transfers the power to the propeller shaft, finally the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal powder into the mould and out, then the ideal high pressure coal rod is generated. This process is very simple, and it's easy to operate.
