• Rotary Dryer

Rotary dryer mainly consists of drum barrel, roll ring, wheel gear, lifting board, chain, reduction gears, and motor etc parts. It is matched with conveyor, dust remover and draught fan etc equipments. It has features of reasonable structure, excellent fabrication, high production, low consumption, economical & environmental etc.

• Dosing Machine

Feeding machine is used for feeding the materials uniformly & quantitatively. By adjusting  the damper height and the conveyor belt speed to control the materials’ feeding.

• Ration Silo

We have different type ration silo, which can be used for transferring the raw materials fed outside to the next process equipment uniformly according to the specific volume and speed. Meanwhile, It plays a role of passivation in briquetting producing line, which improve the briquetting effect.

• Double Shaft Mixer

Double shaft mixer is used for mixing materials continuously & uniformly. During mixing the materials can be uniformly mixed with binder, after mixer; the blended materials can be continuously sent to the conveyor, transmit to the next equipment. Double shaft mixer is used for coal, coal slurry, fly ash, sludge, mineral powder, clay, oxidation iron.

• Briquette Machine

Briquette machine can press various of materials into different briquette. The briquettes can be designed to oval shape, square shape, oblateness shape, elongated shape, round ball shape etc. There are different type of briquette machine can meet your demands.
