Features of pellet mill:
1. - Vertical mould, vertical feeding, no arc, and easy heat dissipation
2. – Molding still, press shaft rotation, material centrifugal to make materials evenly distributed.
3. – Mould in two layers, dual usages, high productivity and energy-saving.
4. – Independent lubrication, high pressure filtration
5. – Independent frequency conversion device, to ensure the forming rate of particles.
This pellet production line including the dryer, the wood chipper, the hammer mill, the pellet mill, the cooler, the screener, the packing machine and so on.
This pellet mill is suitable for pressing the materials which is hard bonding, difficult forming, such as the shells of rice husk, sunflower seed, wood fiber materials of branches, tree trunk, bark, tree, ect, crop straws; chemical materials of rubber ,cement, ash. It is widely used in biomass fuel factory, power plant, wood processing plant, fertilizer plant, chemical factory.
Biomass Pellet Production Line:
Working Process of complete wood pellets making line :
1. Crushing/chipping (Making wood or straw into smaller pieces or sawdust) or Grinding (to make crop stalks to be right sizes of raw material before pelletizing)
2. Drying (to remove moisture of raw material before pelletizing)
3. Pelletizing (to press raw material into pellets)
4. Cooling (Cool output pellets and remove some moisture )
5. Sieving (remove the dusts and crushed pellets)
6. Packing (package the pellets into bags of required sizes)
7. Control pannel (to operate this complete pellet plant)
