1.-The "taper shape" rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die,so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between rollers and die.In this way,it can reduce friction and save much energy consumption,lengthen die and rollers lifetime.
2.-Adjust the pressure through central screw,auxiliary pressurized by three axle ends;the die gap is varied,which is available for different materials,ensure the pressure efficiency.
3.-Large rollers with wide groove,bear the more pressure and abrasion.
4.-The rollers are more evenly distributed,stable operation;increase the pressure areas and improve the production efficienly.
