Its brief introduction is as follows:
This machine adopts low-speed rotation,curved plate hammering,dispersing raw material,make the high temperature air flow mixed with raw material to achieve the drying purpose.It is mainly applied to drying process of all kinds of powder material.It can be widely used in the fuel factory,fertilizer factory,chemical factory,medicine factory and so on.
Feature of sawdust rotary dryer:
1.-It has the features of rational structure, perfect workmanship, high productivity, low consumption.
2.-Rotary drier is general applicable to granular materials or wood chips materials.
3.-Both ends of the rotary drier are high seal. It is both energy saving and environmental.
4.-What is more, its power consumption is only 30% of other similar products, and coal consumption is only 50%. While the material indicators after drying are higher than the national standard.
Structure of equipment of sawdust rotary dryer:
The rotary dieer mainly consists of the cylinder device, front and rear roller device , out equipment, transmission device , gear cover and other components.
