Structure and working principle of the tubular dryer:
The tubular dryer of Hongyun machinery manufacturing factory is mainly composed of heating source, feeding machine, feeder, revolving roll, discharging machine, induced draft fan, the unloader and power distribution cabinet.
The wet material is added in the dryer after dehydration.
The lifting board which in the roller turns over the material to make the material have a homodisperse and have a enough contact with the hot air to accelerate the heat transfer and mass transfer.
In the process of drying, materials are forced by lifting boards which have some gradient and thermal medium, transferring to the end of the dryer and discharging.
The main characteristic of the tubular dryer:

2, Structure is well and simple, material moving stable under the roller resistance and easy to operate
3, Less fault, low maintenance cost, low power consumption.
4, The uniformity of product drying is good.
5, Adopt the special break up device, ensure that the effect of the dryer is well.
6, Special sealing device and good thermal insulation system will reduce the coal consumption.
7, Good sealing property of the whole system with complete dust removal plant, no dust spillover and good operate environment.
8, System is adopted centralized control, self-regulation of hot air temperature, high degree automation, operate handily.
9. Connecting smash device, pelletize device and package device to the dryer to product bean dregs granule feed.
