Description:
To run the machines smoothly, you need to do the maintenence, check the pellet mill's spare parts: rollers, ring dies, roller assembly, screws, bearings, shearing bins,press covers,coupling etc. According to feedback from our customers, spare parts take up approximate 8% of the machine cost every year (primary for wood chipper, hammer mill and pellet mill.)

There are common heat treatment methods in die processing, such as normalizing,
tempering, quenching, carburization and nitriding.
