Jiangyin Giansun Mould Company was founded in 2001,and is a high-tech enterprise belonging to Giansun Tech.We focus on manufacturing,researching and developing heat extrusion moulds and forging moulds for copper,aluminum and magnesium profiles.
We currently have over 500 personnel,150 of which are experts with medium-and high-grad technical titles.There are over 300 sets of precision machining equippment imported or domestic and industry-leading heat treatment equippment such as large vaccum furnace.All these have guaranteed our capability of providing 80000 PCS moulds and heat treatment 100000 PCS annually.
The first national industry standard operation,maintenance and management of aluminium profile extrusion dies we drafted has passed ISO 9001:2008 international quality management system certification.Apart from that,we are approved to set up academician workstation and Provincial high precision industrial mold digital design engineering technology research center.We are influential in this industry at home and aborad.

Giansun Tech inspection center is an integrated testing department for nondestructive examination,component analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic and failure analysis.
We have more than 10 sets of advanced domestic testing facilities and equippment in our center,including high-power metallographic microscopes,portable metallographic microscopes,untrasonic flas detectors,etc...
We mainly inspect and analyze extrusion dies,extrusion toolings and forging dies.Our advanced machines enable us to provide technical support and develop new products.
