YDW series scrap baler is specially designed for soft, easy press scrap such as aluminum bottle,cans ,alumina foil&wires. Scraps after press by this series baler, can save huge volume ,so can save lots of store space, easy to transport and delivery .
This machine is composed of :
Material feeding Hooper,material box, press chamber,side press cylinder, main press cylinder, hydraulic station,electrical cabinet.Can continuously feeding and working. The bale out way is side push out.Main cylinder can push bale continuously to specified position.
Product feather :
1.Horizontal no door design, can install equipment in last process feeding system(for example like wind loading system,conveyor transport system etc.),To fulfill the purpose of continuously feeding during working.
2.Side press cylinder,Main cylinder adopt fast hydraulic system design, accelerate running speed 2 times , but pressure not reduce so increase the working efficiency.
3.On top of side push head and bottom of press chamber install cutting blades.During pre-compaction work can cut materials , to ensure side push head send to location easily.
4.PLC control,Full automatically running , continually work, stable and reliable.
5.User can chose optional strong type cooler, to control oil temperature in suitable range, so ensure machine working 24hrs.
