Machine Details.

1.Turntable,the material is  10mm thickness steel,double Nylon rollers,concentric welded turntable base,make machine work more quite,more durable.Turntable account we use Omron travel switch,200000 times long life,you can use 2-3 years.

1.what's mast height of machine?

SM-1517R  pallet wrapping machine mast height could be customized with your requirements,standard height is 2400mm ,and the max packing height also is 2100mm.

2.what's turntable size ?

The standard turntable size is 1500mm and 1650mm .
1800mm and 2000mm turtable optional

3.what's temperature can be use ?

Standard machine need > 0 degree
if <0 degree ,need tell us ,we need use a special motor for machine .

4.what's the thickness of turntable steel and use what cut the steel?

Turntable steel 10mm ,and use water cutting teachnology,do not use laser cutting.

5.what's max weight can be use?

Our standard machine max load weight 2000KG ,above 2000KG we need change to steel roller under the turntable ,standard machine use Nyloon roller .

6.How to put pallets on turntable?

You can use folklift.

Or use pallet jack with a ramp,the ramp is optional.
