High Speed China Factory Semi-Automatic Powder Filling Machine

HT-BZS is one new packing machine we design for semi-automatic packaging. It's widely used in food, pesticide, chemical, etc. industries for small granule and powder materials.

1, Using Fully Digital AC Servo Motor to control material discharge, torque is larger and have higher precision.

2, Strong & Weak  Current is completely isolated, effectively avoid strong current interference, improves the stability of whole system to further strengthen and improve the service life of the machine.

3, The weighing machine is  integrated with display screen .

4,  Faster: stepper motor maximum operating speed is in commonly within 300 ~ 600 RPM or the AC servo motor rated speed (generally is 2000 RPM and 3000 RPM). Can be rated output torque, in for a constant power output above the rated speed.  

In our machine, there are lots of electronic parts, some of them come from chinese best manufacturers and some from japan, german. They have different function to make the whole machine running well, we making a simple list to show these parts.
