About products
This line washes and cleans the recycled PET bottles, such as the mineral water bottles, pesi bottles, oil bottles, etc. The clean flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to module the bottles again. We had exported this line to Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Egypt, Malaysia, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, etc.
Brief introduction of the individual equipment:
1. Bale opener (Optional)
Open the baled PET bottles into individual bottles, controlled by inverter.
2. Belt conveyor
Transporter with frequency control, to adjust speed to requirements of line.
3. label and caps reomoving machine
Three functions:
Firstly, peeling the 98% labels and 60% -70% caps of the bottles without water.
Secondly, clean the bottles convenient for manual sorting.
Thirdly, it will be more efficient to increase capacity of the crusher.
4. Manual sorting platfrom
The belt length is 6m, workers sorting the different color bottles and non-PET materials manually. It is equipped with the strong magnetic.
5. Crusher
This crusher is designed foe wet crusheing It used to crush the bottles into pet flakes equipped with float and fixed blades.
6. Washing tank with double screw shafts
To separate the pet flakes from the impurities as well as clean the pet flakes.
7. Screw conveyor +hot washer+screw conveyor
Step1,Transport flakes to the hot washer.
Step2,Use hot washer,remove the labels ,dirt and other inmurities by chemicals.
Step3,Send the washed pet flakes to the friction machine.
8. Friction washing machine
The flakes are efficiently cleaned insight inclining drum with high speed. Flakes are rubbing against each other as well as against the rotating auger. The auger moves the flakes forward and clean rest remain of dirt.
9. Washing tank with double screw shafts
Flotation/sink tank separates the material according their density. PET sinks to the bottom, PE and PP float on the top and are moved by rotating shovels to side of washing tank. A small screw conveyor takes them out.
10. Centrifugal dryer
Drying the cleaned pet flakes.After drying ,the water content less than 3%.
