Product Introduction

 BRW emulsion pump

A BRW emulsion pump and An XR-WS640 emulsion box form an emulsion pump-station. 

This pump-station is made up of 2 pumps and 1 box, 1 pump for using and another pump for standby;

 if necessary, the 2 pumps can be used simultaneously.

 It is running by the explosion proof motor through rubber-tyred coupler, with the features as compact structure, small size, light weight, stable pressure-flow, high safety performance and convenient maintenance etc.

Application:

BRW emulsion pump-set is mainly for supplying power source to the coal mining hydraulic support, also to the ground high-pressure water jet cleaning equipment and other hydraulic devices.

Usage:

The BRW series of emulsion pump station is specially designed for high-grade blast mining working face and medium-thick mechanized mining working face. It is used to provide hydraulic power to the working face. It can also be used to transport emulsion to other hydraulic devices which use emulsion.

1. The key parts are made of high quality stainless steel.
2. The sealing element is imported from Germany.
3. The parts in contact with working medium have been subjected to anti-rust treatment 

  of multi-element deposition techniques.
4. Our product has stable flow and long service life.
5. It conforms to Chinese coal standard of MT/T188.1-2006.
