     "Conical Cocurrent Twin-Screw Granulator" is researched and developed by our company(Patent No.: 2005 1 01189153), of which the technology has been leading the international level!
     The product comprehensively optimized the advantages of the existing 2 kinds of twin-screw models ("Conical Counter Rotating"  and   "Parallel Co Current"), not only keep the character of high extruding pressure of the former, but also reached  the good plastic performance of the latter.  In addition,it reached the effect of higher mixing, higher-kneading, higher plasticizing. The result of several tests proved: the output of this machine is 50% more than other granulators existing on the current market,and the consumption of electricity is above 30% less.Besides,it has the advantages of smaller noise and longer service life of screws.The domestic famous experts once said that the machines may replace the two existing twin-screw granulators,mastering the granulator market.
