Process Description:
1. Steel wire drawer: .
Use: Draw out the wire from the tyre.
2. Whole tyre crusher:
Use: Crush the tyre to less than 50mm chips
3. Rubbing/cutting machine:
Use: Coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire ect.
4. Rubber powder screener: Grading the crude fibre and rubber powder
Use: Grading the crude fibre and rubber powder
5. Belt Iron separator
Use: Mainly applied for separating the iron materials from the rubber particles.
6. Magnetic roller Iron separator:
Use: It can be effectively used for separating small iron powder
7. Rubber fiber separator:
Use: Used in separating the fine fluff fibre mixed in rubber powder.
8. Rubber fine miller:
Use: Fine grind the rubber granule to 40-100mesh.
9. Rubber powder grader
Use: The machine grades two parts of rubber power after being processed by rubber
