The output capacity of main extruder is from 150kg/h to 450kg/h for option. Haul-off machine is specially designed with particular up and down technology of our copmany, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force. Vacuum sizing tank having particular dig eddy flow cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for high speed extruding necessary. The action of cross direction saw cutter keeping synchronous with haul-off controled by import PLC controller, reasonable design, running stable, auto-fixed length cutting, assembled swarf suction device. According to different mould, the vacuum sizing tank could be provided of 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m models, and provided parallel twin screw extruder for high speed extruding.
